In mid-June, Madison Land and its partners held the ground-breaking ceremony for the four-star Dhawa Hotel subdivision with a view to accelerate the progress of the Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram hotel and resort complex.
Situated in a prime location along a beautiful coastal road, the Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram hotel and resort complex is only a 2-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City and ten minutes from entertainment services such as the Ho Tram Strip’s fabled golf course and casino. Operated and managed by Banyan Tree Group, the global leading hotel and resort management group present in 28 countries with 48 resorts, 64 spas, and 74 galleries, the hotel awaits customers with world-class service quality and unique experience.
In particular, Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram is on the fast track to complete construction. Since the ending months of 2020, Madison Land, a member of Madison Group, along with its partners completed the bare shell construction of the villa subdivision as well as fully decorated and furnished the show villas. In March 2021, the show villas opened their doors to visitors. Amidst the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic in some provinces, the developer ensures the government’s 5K message is adopted throughout its activities , including the opening of the sea-bound road as well as the bare shell construction and decoration of a mock-up beachfront villas.
The official start of the Dhawa Hotel subdivision construction once again affirms the relentless efforts of Madison Land and its partners to bring products with the best quality to their customers in the shortest time. Mr. Vo Trung Chinh, Chairman of Madison Land Co., Ltd. added, “According to the plan, the Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram complex will be put into operation in the second quarter of 2022. To facilitate the goal, the developer and partners have overcome many difficulties. Besides the construction of the Dhawa Hotel subdivision, we will quickly implement other items of the whole project, such as the Serenity stream-walk, the beach area, internal landscape, and other on-site facilities.”
To accelerate the progress of the project, Madison Land has selected Viteccons Construction Investment JSC as the main contractor to implement this construction package. Viteccons is one of the few construction companies in the market with strong capacity to implement design and build, BIM (Building Information Modeling), as well as several Green building standards. Over the past years, Viteccons has been the contractor for various large local and foreign-invested projects.
Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram is a luxury hotel and resort complex developed by Madison Land and operated by Banyan Tree Group – the global leading hotel & resort management group. Situated in a golden position at the beginning of the Ho Tram coastline, Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram boasts a 280m-long separate beach. The complex comprises of 162 four-star hotel rooms all facing the sea, and 52 five-star villas boasting an impressive tropical design with luxurious furnishings. The villas will be handed over to customers in the first quarter of 2022. Meanwhile, the whole project is stated to be put into operation in the second quarter of 2022.
